Family-Flex began with a simple idea: families deserve childcare that's both flexible and deeply caring. Nicole and Mike Ritchie created Family-Flex after seeing how hard it was for parents to find part-time care without being locked into a full-time schedule.
With Nicole's background in early childhood education and Mike's experience in business, they built a model that puts people first—offering personalized care, strong values, and genuine support for families.
What started as their family motto—"We love people well"—has become the heart of everything Family-Flex stands for.
